I don’t watch nearly as much baseball these days as I did back when I was younger in the early 90′s (when the Jays were taking home pennants) but I absolutely LOVE playoff baseball.
In addition to the obvious fact that you’re watching the most elite teams playing at the highest level of their respective sport, I also love the intensity, the importance of each pitch and also the buzz and hostile environment that “greets” visiting teams.
Later tonight I get to scratch “Go to MLB playoff game” off of my Bucket List as I head to Detroit to watch the Tigers try to sweep the Yankees in Game 4 of the ALCS.
